This website is the personal website of actor, director and acting coach Robin Schroeter. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website, our content and our services, or where you have given your consent.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits (server log files): browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the request and IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. Log files are deleted after a short period.

If you contact us by e-mail, phone or via a contact form, your details (e.g. name, e-mail address, message) are stored and processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
11. Newsletter / e-mail sign-up
If you sign up for our e-mail list, we use your e-mail address and, if provided, your name to send you information about acting classes, workshops and casting tips. Sign-up is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the e-mail marketing service Sender (UAB Sender.lt, Vilnius, Lithuania, EU) to send e-mails. Sender stores your sign-up data on our behalf and may record whether e-mails are opened and which links are clicked, so that we can improve our e-mails.
